Charming Vintage 9ct Yellow Gold Opal And Emerald Ring - London 1977
Please note, boxes are for display only unless otherwise stated.
This charming vintage 9ct yellow gold ring captures the timeless appeal of 1977 London craftsmanship, and is fully hallmarked for London.
It’s a classic bridge (trilogy) design that feels effortlessly romantic: a trio of solid round cabochon Opals take centre stage, their gentle milky whites alive with flashes of green and blue play-of-colour that shimmer softly in the light.
Nestled between them are two pairs of tiny round Emeralds, their rich, vivid green perfectly complementing—and enhanced by—the Opals’ iridescent dance. Together, they create a harmonious, eye-catching palette that’s fresh yet utterly enduring.
The band is delightfully detailed: scrolled and carved under-gallery that looks exquisite from every angle, spreading gracefully across the finger at 1.8 cm wide and a comfortable 6.5 mm at its broadest—substantial enough to feel special, yet balanced and wearable all day.
Pair it with a simple wedding band, an eternity ring (or two!), or let it shine solo; it sits just right and elevates anything next to it.
If you’re drawn to vintage pieces with soul, genuine gem magic, and that perfect touch of colour—this little treasure from 1977 is calling your name!
