Possibly our favourite piece this week this strikingly beautiful ring was handcrafted in the UK, assayed in Sheffield and bears full UK hallmarks for manufacture in 1998.

Showcasing a large oval-cut 3.70ct (14.6 x 7.2 x 6.6mm) Ametrine which features a mesmerising and soft hued combination of Amethyst and Citrine - but unlike the plethora of overwhelmingly bright heat treated examples flooding the current market - this fine quality Ametrine is natural, almost definitely not heat treated, and therefore sultry and soft with it colour combination.

The Ametrine is securely bezel set to a solid open backed gallery, set asymmetrically to flat wide shoulders and to an an equally thick wide shank.
This ring is in excellent condition, superbly manufactured and weighs an impressive and solid 6.2 grams and feels and looks divine on the finger.

Strikingly unusual and visually mesmerising, this fine quality ring is a pleasure to behold.
