Stunning pair of we believe Italian mid-century earrings of mixed rose and yellow gold.
With split pearl, oval openwork pierced form, with a round cabochon turquoise claw set to ta high collet suspended in the centre, with applied scroll work to the bottom and bead from, with a split pearl claw set to the centre of a flower head bloom at the top. With later surmount, with foliate motifs to post and hook fittings.
Acquired from a high end UK auction house and tested there as approximately 18ct gold.
These wonderful earrings are very articulated and therefore are simply marvellous when worn, swaying elegantly with a turn of the head!
