Almost definitely Australian in manufacture by style, design and 15ct stamp, however there are no identifying hallmarks to confirm this.

Lovely antique condition. No chips or cracks to cameo. Cameo is secure in bezel setting, slight 0.5mm loss to one tiny area of bezel, inconsequential. No evidence of repairs or prior resizing. Very minor marks to gold here and there seen under magnification.
