Fabulous and early example of a ’Peking Glass’ multiple panel necklace dating to around the 1930’s - 1940’s.
Featuring five glass panels, each carved and pierced to imitate jadeite, with variated hues of pale to darker green.
The necklace is constructed of a fine trace chain which suspends the four smaller Peking glass panel which each measuring 1.8cm x 1.3.
The large central large drop panel measures 3.4cm x 2cm and hangs beautifully.
Quite a fine example, this stunning necklace is very wearable in todays fashion
