Petite and dainty (we don’t all like huge cocktail rings!) ring dating to the Art Nouveau era 1895 - 1915.
Modelled in yellow gold which is testing to around 15ct gold an is hallmarked to the outside of the shank with a stamp we believe(d) to be French however it is too small to identify.
Set with a natural round faceted blue sapphire in Toi et Moi fashion to a plain gold orb which may or may not be original to the piece however .. if not it has been re-styled beautifully and it looks perfectly right for the ring.
Complimenting the sapphire and gold orb are 10 ring rose cut diamonds which sparkly prettily and the solid half round shank completes this pretty ring.

Very good antique condition. No thinning to shank. Tiny rose cuts original and sparkly. Claws around sapphire secure. Gold orb may or may not be original, no messy tell-tale signs of work to rear however we feel it isn’t original but looks fine.Purchase Summary
