Superb late Victorian or early Edwardian Lavaliere modelled in 9ct yellow gold and featuring the most stunning and rich hued Amethysts.

Central to to the pendant is an oval faceted natural

Amethyst measuring 1.3cm x 1.0cm x 0.8cm or approx 6cts.

Set in fine saw-tooth edging in rub over style to a solid smooth gallery.

With an ornate and scrolling open-work surround with three petal floral motifs each set with three natural seed half pearls.

A pear-shape natural Amethyst articulated drop completes the Lavaliere and moves beautifully.

With large jump ring to top accommodating a variety of chains or pop it onto a guard chain, the choices are varied.
